Why Don’t You Just Exercise?
Look, I don’t know what kind of exercise you need or want to do. And I’m not going to give you advice about heart-rate or reps or steps or triceps. What I will do is help you get from the kind of person who dreads or hates or avoids exercise, to the kind of person who can do it regularly and easily without a bunch of drama. I will help you cut through all the mental noise and build a routine you can stick with for the long-term.
