Look, I don’t know what kind of exercise you need or want to do. And I’m not going to give you advice about heart-rate or reps or steps or triceps. What I will do is help you get from the kind of person who dreads or hates or avoids exercise, to the kind of person who can do it regularly and easily without a bunch of drama. I will help you cut through all the mental noise and build a routine you can stick with for the long-term.
Why we don’t stick to our resolutions
It’s about this time of year when the lofty resolutions we so energetically embraced just a couple weeks ago start to feel like inevitable disappointments. Why is it so difficult to do the things we know we need to do in order to change our lives?
